Delivery and Shipping

Epica Jewellers post with an Express Shipping Service, We Ship with Australia Post. We do Our best to ensure Your beloved Order arrives on time but Epica Jewellers is not Liable if the Parcel Arrives outside of the 4 day estimation period. This is due to Australia Post demand. All Parcels are Shipped within the next 2 Business Day's and are checked over by a Qualified Jeweller and Storefront Manager. A Staff Member will contact You the day of Shipment and a tracking is given to the Customer, and monitored from Our end as well. All Parcels require signature on Delivery.

For Storefront Pickup We require the Customer or nominated Person to bring a copy of the Order confirmation and We require a Signature on pickup. A Staff Member will contact You when Your Order is ready to be collected. 

*Not for online sales postage is not covered by Epica Jewellers, if you need to post your item back for a resize, only the cost of the resize is covered.

*Handmade Pieces can take up to 4 days to be posted. Public Holidays may affect postage times as well.

According to Australia Post Postage Time Frames are:

  • Same State Delivery Times: 1 business day to most locations, but can go up to 5 days due to current circumstances.
  • Interstate Delivery Times: 1-2 business days to most locations.
